Da quello che sò sistemano il Pz IV levandogli il 75 L70 e il torrettone orribile e mettendogli la torretta con le protezione anti HEAT e il 7,5 cm KwK 40 L/48 ma potenziato. In pratica passa da carro cecchino a carro medio puro e diventa così:
